Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace range upgraded with IQ.DRIVE

The Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace family of SUVs assembled in Malaysia has been updated with the inclusion of IQ.DRIVE, the carmaker’s suite of driver-assist systems. The active systems are Front Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control, Side Assist, Rear Cross Traffic Alert and Lane Assist. A wireless charging pad is now standard across the range.

The three Tiguan Allspace variants are the R-Line 4MOTION, the Elegance, and the Life. The flagship R-Line version has a 220 ps/350 Nm 2.0-litre TSI engine with a 7-speed DSG, while the other two versions are powered by a 1.4-litre turbocharged TSI engine with an output of 150 ps/250 Nm going to the front wheels through a 6-speed DSG.

VAP also available as option
Like the latest Golf GTI and Arteon R-Line 4MOTION, the Volkswagen Assurance Package (VAP) option is also available for all the updated Tiguan Allspace variants. Customers who include VAP with their purchase enjoy an additional 3 years of the unlimited mileage warranty and also get 3 years of free scheduled maintenance and 5 years of complimentary roadside assistance.

Those who do not include VAP will still get the 5 years of complimentary roadside assistance but the unlimited mileage warranty will be for the first two years only.
