Bugatti is well known its exclusive and very expensive hypercars and also has various lifestyle accessories to offer customers and fans. Now the French carmaker’s name can also be associated with luxury residences.
42-storey tower in Dubai
It is partnering Binghatti, a realtor well known for its architectural designs, to build the Bugatti Residences, a 42-storey tower in the heart of the Dubai. There will be 171 Riviera Mansions and 11 Sky Mansion Penthouses in the world’s first residence with the Bugatti name.
Needless to say, each unit will have hyper-luxury and like the cars, be personalised with unique interior designs and architectural layouts created by the designers of both firms.
Cars also go up to the apartment
There will also be two garage-to-penthouse car lifts so wealthy residents (many of whom would likely own a Bugatti) can have their cars parked outside their apartment – whatever floor they are on.
The idea of bringing cars up to apartments is not a new idea and can be found in the Porsche Design Tower as well as the Bentley Residences (to be completed in 2026), both in Miami. The 10-year old Hamilton Scotts condominium in Singapore also has car elevators for its tenants.
The completion date of the Bugatti Residences has not been mentioned although it could take about 3 years. And as for the price, well, as it’s been said, if you have to ask…
