The Malaysia-only MINI Countryman Roof Art Edition

The MINI Countryman Roof Art Edition could be considered a mobile piece of art with a unique design on its roof. While MINI offers roof options with designs, MINI Malaysia has come out with an exclusive edition which ‘Malaysianises’ the MINI Countryman.

The unique design is the world of local artist Jared Lim – more commonly known as ‘Professional Crayon’ – who has skilfully captured the extraordinary beauty of Malaysia in his artwork. With the enchanting ‘Foliage’ design, this exclusive edition blends the essence of adventure with the vibrant elements of local culture.

The Foliage artwork on the MINI Countryman Roof Art Edition is a visual masterpiece that showcases the rich tapestry of Malaysian flowers while highlighting many classic elements of the MINI brand. Within the intricate composition are wings of the MINI logo gracefully emerging through waves and weaves of the Malaysian flora.

At the centre, a bejewelled gem-shaped heart encapsulates the Union Jack tail lights, a speedometer, and a compass, symbolising the adventurer’s relentless pursuit of new experiences. Amongst the foliage, a hibiscus blossoms, representing encounters and adventures.

The car comes with MINI ALL4 Exterior Optic, including decorative elements on both the front and rear bumpers, along with a sump guard in aluminium matt and an automatic LED headlight with cornering functionality. It also retains its distinctive bonnet stripes, roof rails, and side sills.

Adding to its allure is the Piano Black Exterior Optic, providing a sleek high-gloss black finish around the headlight and rear light surrounds, radiator grille and side scuttles.

The Countryman Roof Art Edition is powered by a 2-litre MINI TwinPower Turbo engine with an output of 192 hp/280 Nm. It is paired with a 7-speed Dual-Clutch Sports Automatic Transmission with a SPORTS mode to give stronger acceleration.

Customers can have their car in one of three colours: British Racing Green, Chilli Red and Island Blue. It is priced from RM264,888 (without insurance) and the prices includes a 4-year unlimited mileage warranty and free scheduled service.
