Owners of the Ford Ranger Raptor would know they have a very capable machine with high performance and the proven toughness of Ford trucks. On January 11 and 12, 2025, they will have a chance to discover more of the capabilities at Raptor Rev, an exclusive off-road event for owners.
Organised by Auto ConneXion-Ford, the event will be held at Bay 13, PETRONAS Sepang International Circuit, Selangor where participants will engage in immersive training sessions covering off-roading theory, suspension, tyres, jumping, drifting, Baja lap training and practical 4×4 obstacle trails.
Patrick McConchie, a Ford expert, will be flying in from Australia to conduct a workshop highlighting about Ranger Raptor’s FOX suspension.
Upon completion of the theory and practical sessions, the participants will compete in an Autocross Challenge, testing their skills against the clock. The fastest driver on the course will receive a voucher for RM3,000 worth of fuel.
“We are excited to invite our local Ranger Raptor owners to this exclusive event, where they can fully explore their vehicle’s maximum capabilities through an immersive off-road experience,” said Turse Zuhair, Managing Director of Auto ConneXion-Ford. He added that non-Raptor owners can also attend the event and see the Raptor in action as well as take a test-drive as well as sit with an experience driver for a high-speed run.
