Porsche Malaysia joins hands with Krithin Paul Pereira to support more dreamers

Just as Ferry Porsche set out to build the sportscar of his dreams more than 75 years ago, Krithin Paul Pereira is also driven by dreams. A passionate artist, designer and engineer, Krithin inspires those around him with his tenacious spirit and sportscar fascination.

Despite having cerebral palsy, which means he has to travel around in a wheelchair, Krithin  continues to overcome the challenges every day, while expressing his passion through unique artworks.

Following the launch of the new Cayenne in Malaysia last October, Krithin showed his appreciation for Porsche’s sportscar and went on together with the company to support a cause that is close to his heart. Through the specially designed t-shirts emblazoned with Krithin’s signature drawings of the new Cayenne, the proceeds raised were contributed to , a rehabilitation centre, where he received his support.

How Porsche Malaysia met Krithin
Porsche Malaysia first met Krithin at the opening of Porsche Club Malaysia’s office at Porsche Centre Sungai Besi in Kuala Lumpur. In addition to his impressive art pieces, his zest for the brand was clear to see.

Krithin was then invited to several key milestones for the brand, and he provided a special artwork of the locally assembled Porsche Cayenne for the launch of the first local assembly facility for Porsche outside of Europe. This facility is located at the Inokom plant in Kulim, Kedah.

His art pieces have touched the hearts of many, including being recognised by Porsche AG. The carmaker invited him to Stuttgart where he interacted with designers and experienced the thrill of a 911 GT3 at the Hockenheimring in Germany.

“I’d like to thank the Porsche Malaysia team for this opportunity. Amirs Therapy Gym holds a special place in my heart, as they helped me build my physical and mental strength. Despite all the challenges in life, I always tell myself that I can do it because I am a dreamer without limits, and I want to help others in bringing their dreams to life too,“ said Krithin.
