Upgrading its retail network to the NRC-NEXT concept for new Nissan showrooms continues for Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn. Bhd. (ETCM) with the official opening of the outlet in Sandakan, Sabah.
The Nissan Retail Concept (NRC) aims to transform Nissan dealerships into world-class facilities that reflect the automaker’s brand values throughout the customer journey, where each touchpoint is designed to enhance customer excitement and satisfaction. ETCM support this direction and is committed to elevating the customer experience and satisfaction for both new and existing Nissan vehicle owners.
The showroom, situated in Taman Nasalim, can display up to three Nissan models which can be viewed from all angles. Additionally, customers are invited to relax in the customer lounge with wifi access where they can have discussions with the sales advisors over a cup of coffee.
To ensure a personalised experience, ETCM Sandakan also offers a fleet of vehicles for test-drives. These test-drive can be done from the showroom or arrangements can be made to have the desired vehicle brought over to their home or office.
