Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM), the marketing unit of one of the oldest car companies in Malaysia, has announced the opening of the newly upgraded Nissan showroom in Puchong, Selangor.
The new showroom incorporates the Nissan Corporate Identity with the new Nissan logo, in accordance with NRC-NEXT, the latest and newest global Nissan Retail Concept to provide customers with an elevated brand experience.
Whole new level of premium comfort
Design elements of NRC-NEXT include the iconic red Nissan tablet above the main entrance door with its signature red handles, providing a bold statement, as customers are welcomed to the showroom.
Once they are inside, they will experience a whole new level of premium comfort and convenience, with a modern interior layout and furniture design.
The showroom has a generous built-up area of 7,502 square feet, and can accommodate up to 6 models at the same time. During this period, the Star Car on display is the recently launched Serena Hybrid J-IMPUL.
The showroom includes a cozy customer lounge with complimentary wifi connectivity and a Kids’ Corner to keep the little ones busy while their parents view or test-drive the Nissan models.
Test-drives on request
Test-drives are readily available to enable customer to personally experience the features and performance of the model they are interested in.
The branch can also arrange to bring test vehicles to the customer’s home or office if they make a request.
And for those who are about to become new owners, there is a dedicated area where they can take delivery of their vehicle.
While the outlet is not a 3S centre, aftersales services are available from Tan Chong Express Auto Service (TCEAS) Puchong Jaya which is located just 5 minutes away.
Dealers upgrade to NRC-NEXT too
To strengthen Nissan’s overall presence in Malaysia, authorised Nissan dealers in Kulai, Johor and Sibu, Sarawak have also upgraded their outlets in accordance with NRC-NEXT.
