Nissan outlet in Petaling Jaya becomes Nissan Flagship Store

The Nissan 3S centre of Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM) along Jalan Kemajuan, Petaling Jaya, Selangor which has been a landmark for decades has been redesigned and upgraded in line with the latest Nissan Retail Concept (NRC-NEXT).

The New Nissan Flagship Store, renovated at a cost of RM14 million, has design elements of the Nissan Retail Concept (NRC-NEXT) for the brand’s retail outlets globally.

With the RM4 million renovation, it has become the first-ever Nissan Flagship Store in Malaysia. The Nissan Retail Concept was created with the aim to deliver world-class service standards. Every touchpoint of the retail facility with NRC-NEXT elements has been reimagined and refined to give customers the best experience each time they visit.

At the new Nissan Flagship Store, timeless Japanese luxury is evident in modern yet functional setting. It begins with an all-new exterior façade highlighted by the presence of the new Nissan logo.

The signature red tablet can be seen from afar hovering over the dealership in a highway pole-style signage, while another prominent emblem situated above the main entrance greets visitors.

Every facet of the 43,000-sq feet Nissan Flagship Store has been carefully considered. The colours used complement the premium appointments in the contemporary layout with plush furnishing.

Besides the spacious and airy customer reception, there are specially assigned areas for private discussions and a kids’ room for the little ones. For those who need to stayed connected, complimentary high-speed wifi is available. Customers can take delivery of their new vehicles at special delivery bays.

Enjoying comfort and convenience, customers will be able to view Nissan models in the showroom with a conducive and relaxed environment. Professionally-trained sales advisors are on hand to provide information about Nissan products and services, as well as arrange test-drives.

Preparing for the electric era, ETCM has set up three chargers for electric vehicles such as the LEAF and other models in future.

For existing owners, comprehensive aftersales services are available at the Nissan Flagship Store. Underlining the elevated brand experience,  a Service Concierge has been set up to welcome and assist owners at the entrance of the Petaling Jaya Service Centre. They will be offered seating in a comfortable, newly furnished reception area and promptly attended to by Service Advisors.

The Service Centre in Petaling Jaya has 25 general service bays as well as dedicated bays for air-conditioning and wheel alignment services. Up to 100 vehicles can be serviced daily, with a well-stocked spare parts warehouse of Nissan Genuine Parts to support servicing or repair needs.

Additionally, there are also individual rooms specifically for EV repairs and vehicles that may require extensive remedial work.
