Following the transformation of its flagship Nissan outlet in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM) has incorporated the NRC-NEXT concept for another showroom, located at Cyberjaya.
With this latest showroom transformation, four Nissan outlets have undergone the upgrading and refurbishment exercise over the past 2 years. The NRC-NEXT concept reaffirms the company’s commitment in providing excellent customer experience and enhancing customer satisfaction as they interact with the Nissan brand which Tan Chong has represented for over 65 years.
The NRC (Nissan Retail Concept) was created to innovate Nissan dealerships and deliver world-class service standards to Nissan customers across the globe. It is centred on showcasing Nissan’s brand values across the entire customers’ journey at the dealership touchpoint, whether it is to test-drive the latest model or to drop the car off for a regular service.
“At ETCM, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Our nationwide showroom upgrades reflect our unwavering commitment to providing customers with the best possible experience, from browsing our product offerings to purchasing the vehicles. It’s our aspiration to deliver superior customer-centric services and an unparalleled automotive retail experience, showcasing Nissan’s innovations through a wide range of exciting Nissan vehicles,” said Khoo Cheng Pah, Chief Executive Officer of ETCM.
In line with its dedication to staying ahead of the curve, ETCM awarded a dealer partnership to Evo Mobility Sdn. Bhd. in Cyberjaya to cater to the needs of its nearby community in late 2023. EVO Mobility possesses over 2 decades of strong and robust business acumen background in fuel distribution across the southern region, and is now expanding and venturing into the automotive space.
Nestled in the thriving township of Autoville Cyberjaya (the only designated hub allowed for automotive sales and car repair service businesses in Cyberjaya), this new RM1.5 million Nissan 3S Centre commenced operations in early January 2024, filling a crucial gap in the market as it strategically caters to potential new customers within Cyberjaya, Sepang and Putrajaya.
The newly opened outlet covers a total built-up area of 7,300 square feet with a spacious showroom that can display up to 5 vehicles. A fleet of test-drive vehicles is available, and there is also an area specially for deliveries of new vehicles to owners. Also within the same site is a service centre which can handle up to 200 vehicles a month.
