Continuing with its upgrading of the Nissan retail network in Malaysia with the new Nissan Retail Concept (NRC), Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM) officially opened the Nissan 3S Centre in Muar, Johor.
The new outlet, operated by NM Supreme Sdn. Bhd., features a distinctive facade highlighted by the striking Nissan tablet in red. On its built-up area of 8,428 sq. feet is a showroom for up to 6 vehicles.
The service centre has 4 bays which can handle up to 16 vehicle daily, or around 352 vehicles a month, Currently, there are 6 professionally-trained personnel to look after Nissan vehicles.
RM2 million investment
Like the other upgraded Nissan facilities in Malaysia, the new 3S Centre in Muar – which has an investment of RM2 million – promises to deliver world-class service standards to Nissan customers. It is centred on showcasing Nissan brand values and elevating customer experiences at the dealership, whether it’s to test drive the latest model or to drop off the vehicle off for a regular service.
