First image of Chery OMODA 7 which makes debut this week

Among the many new models from Chinese carmakers to make their debut at Auto China 2024 in Beijing this week will be the OMODA 7 from Chery. The number suggests that the new model will be positioned above the OMODA 5 but whether it will ultimately be the flagship of the range remains to be seen.

The single official image released shows a sleek SUV form with some similar elements as the OMODA 5, but also other areas which give the OMODA 7 its own identity. No details yet on the powertrains available but it is likely that the 1.6-litre TGDI engine will be among them and probably a hybrid powertrain as well.
