In order to sell more vehicles, there needs to be a sufficient number of places for people to buy them and then, when they have become owners, they need to have service centres to look after their vehicles.
To meet both basic requirements in the motor business, Stellantis Malaysia has been building its network and has opened two facilities in the Klang Valley. One is a service centre in Subang and the other is a showroom at Desa Park City, both of which are operated by Allure Auto.
At Desa Park City, a residential-commercial area outside Kuala Lumpur, the new showroom offers customers an opportunity to view and experience the latest models from Peugeot and Leapmotor. While having more than one brand in the same showroom is not common, Stellantis has adopted this business model not only to give customers more choices but also to make the business more viable for dealers.
The Desa Park City showroom strives to elevate the overall customer and sales experience with a modern customer lounge featuring an interactive configuration TV alongside thoughtful amenities and refreshments.
The Subang Service Centre handles both the Peugeot and Leapmotor brands, offering comprehensive aftersales solutions and warranty support. More importantly, it also has a stock of genuine replacement parts for both brands, including high-voltage battery packs for Leapmotor EVs.
The service centre is manned by a team of 5 Stellantis‑certified technicians and service advisors, with a 24/7 Careline for owners to get prompt technical assistance.
