Mercedes-Benz Malaysia (MBM) and Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG), the parent company of national carrier, Malaysia Airlines, have formed a strategic partnership which will elevate the overall customer experience for their elite clientele.
The collaboration, announced today at Hap Seng Star, an authorised Mercedes-Benz dealer in Setia Alam, Selangor, will enhance in-flight and on-ground offerings for Enrich members and elite passengers of the airline.
Private Terminal Transfer Service
This includes a Private Terminal Transfer Service between KLIA Terminal 1’s Main Terminal and the Satellite Building. Eligible passengers will be provided transport from the fleet of luxury sedans which MBM has provided to Malaysia Airlines. The fleet consists of S 580e Plug-in Hybrid sedans and EQS 500 4MATIC sedans which are fully electric.
Starting from March 1, 2025, customers who purchase new Mercedes-Benz vehicles can also enjoy year-round access to the Private Terminal Transfer Service when travelling on Malaysia Airlines.
Other benefits
Other benefits jointly offered by MBM and MAG include invitations to exclusive curated lifestyle events, special vehicle incentives, and seamless travel services. Additionally, members who purchase a new Mercedes-Benz car this year, will have the opportunity to participate in an exclusive top-tier journey to Germany which will, of course include a visit to the home of Mercedes-Benz (terms and conditions apply).
