MINI Malaysia recently introduced its first MINI Geniuses who can provide expert guidance and personalised attention at MINI dealerships around the country.
Deployed to 6 dealerships
The initial batch numbers six MINI Geniuses who will be available at 6 different MINI dealerships. They are carefully selected and rigorously trained at the BMW Group Regional Training Centre in Cyberjaya.
The idea of having MINI Geniuses is to bring the customer experience to the next level. These specialists will help a customer through the retail complexities of today, leveraging their passion for new media and modern technologies to provide MINI customers a pressure-free sales environment
Complementary role to sales advisor
Their role complements that of a Sales Advisor by focusing on acquainting customers with every aspect of the MINI portfolio, from conducting needs analyses and product presentations, to facilitating test drives.

With MINI Geniuses, our current and future MINIacs will be able to receive, ensuring they fully understand each feature and function of their dream MINI vehicle. We believe this tailored assistance not only helps them make informed decisions, but also fosters a deeper connection with their MINI,” said Benjamin Nagel, Managing Director of BMW Group Malaysia.
The MINI Genius program mirrors that of the BMW Genius program which was launched in 2012 in Europe. It was introduced in Malaysia in January 2019 and is an ongoing program at BMW dealerships.
