MINIFest returns this month at Sentul Depot, KL

During the COVID-19 pandemic, many annual events could not be run due to restrictions on gatherings as a way to stop the spread of infection. Now as normalcy has returned to the world, such events are making their return and one of them is the MINIFest. This event, for MINI enthusiasts (MINIacs) was last held in September 2019 and celebrated the 60th anniversary of the iconic little car.

This year, the MINIFest will be on Saturday, July 22 at the Sentul Depot which is part of the Sentul West complex in Kuala Lumpur. As before, it will be a festival that will give ‘unforgettable experiences of Big Love and Big Fun’, as MINI Malaysia promises, with a MINI showcase, exclusive test-drives, live painting, live entertainment and workshops that will foster a sense of community amongst MINIacs.

Wide range of activities
Some of the activities will include the MINI Slingshot which will give a glimpse of MINIfest from a unique perspective, as well as an assortment of well-loved carnival games for all the family.  Additionally, the event will see a range of brand partners, including car boot vendors, offering a variety of products.

In collaboration with Modle.play, MINI Malaysia has developed an enchanting experience for families with little ones to enjoy, with two workshops that will unfold throughout the day. One workshop will empower young minds to construct a Remarkable Battery Powered MINI from scratch, while the other will draw on their creativity by encouraging them to design personalised MINI keychains or jewellery, making each piece uniquely their own. There will also be a kids play area with wooden playsets.

Resgister early for goodies
MINIacs who register for the event stand a chance to win prizes curated by MINI Malaysia and its partners through a series of lucky draws that are scheduled to run throughout the day. There are exclusive door gifts for first 200 pre-registered attendees, while the subsequent 300 pre-registered attendees will receive unique F&B vouchers.
