If you own a Proton e.MAS 7 or smart EV, and you’re travelling long distances this weekend on holiday or for the balik kampung trip for Hari Raya, your journey costs will be lower when you recharge your vehicle.
Proton New Energy Technology (PRO-NET), the subsidiary of Proton which is focussed on new energy vehicles, is offering a 30% discount on EV charging fees from March 29 until April 7, 2025.
“As we celebrate Raya, we want to thank our customers by making it easy and affordable for them to get home,” said Zhang Qiang, CEO of PRO-NET.
Access to over 2,000 charging points
In collaboration with leading charge-point operators, PRO-NET makes it possible for e.MAS 7 and smart owners to recharge at over 2,000 public charging points around the country. That’s about 85% of the charging stations currently available so the coverage is extensive.
Live Charging Map
Locating a charging station where the 30% discount is applicable with the Live Charging Map that not only shows the location but also indicates the number of charging points at the site as well as their status (in use or available).
Additionally, as it is integrated with the navigation system, route guidance will be provided to the selected charging station. Upon completion of charging, the total charge will have the 30% discount applied automatically.
